2007 Primo Estate Joseph Nebbiolo

Only tiny quantities of this fabulous wine are produced from a small patch of Nebbiolo planted high up on Joe and Dina's Clarendon vineyard. Left to open up in a big glass, the wine reveals heady perfumes of roses, violets and turkish delight - the palate follows on with undercurrents of layered tar and dried spice. This wine is poised to age beautifully over the next five to eight years.
