Pinot Noir

The colour is bright cherry red with purple tinges. The nose has rich, spicy plum fruit aromas with hints of black cherry and strawberry and an underlying touch of savoury aromas. Mouthfilling fruit with ripe plum and cherry flavours and hints of spicy and savoury complexity, backed up with fine, silky tannins and a long supple finish.

Dense, dark crimson red in colour. The nose is full and rich with ripe cherry and dark plum fruit aromas and some subtle charry oak giving another layer of spicy complexity. This is a bigger style of Pinot with abundant sweet, ripe plum and cherry fruit filling the front and mid palates. There is excellent fruit weight and intensity that gives great flavour persistence. Some spiciness from the oak add to this flavour depth. Typical Pinot fine, silky tannins and balancing acidity help give length and structure to
a finish that is essentially dry and lingering.
