Semillon and Blends

A unique wine that shows that Aussie whites do not need heaps of alcohol to be rich and full-bodied.
A traditional old-style full blooded Semillon awash with plenty of guts and lemony flavours. It is a wine that is great with food (chicken dishes and pasta) and has therefore gained a good following, including some of London's leading restaurants.
This will age magnificently for 10+ years.

Delicate aromas of freshly cut grass and grapefruit. The oak portion provides depth and weight to the palate which is beautifully balanced with lingering citrus flavours and minerally natural acidity.
